Motor / Propulsion Automotive (EV) team member (#250201)

Responsibilities, engagement:

  • Assist in the selection of existing and/or new-/re-/design / development / (re-)programming and testing of such systems for our electric vehicles.
  • Assist in the documentation of electric Motors specification, Motor Control Unit (MCU) architecture / hardware specifications and implementation into our electric vehicle(s).
  • Assist in the documentation of the Motors(s) / Propulsion System architecture / hardware specifications and implementation into our electric vehicle(s).
  • Participate in the design and implementation of adaptations on hardware & software algorithms for such systems functionalities and accessories.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in the respective automotive systems to enhance product efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate components into our vehicle prototypes.
  • Support troubleshooting and debugging efforts for software and hardware issues.
  • Contribute to the optimization of systems & algorithms for improved energy efficiency and longevity.
  • Participate in validation and verification activities for the respective automotive systems, including simulation, testing, and analysis.
  • Assist in the development of diagnostic tools and dashboards for monitoring systems, parameters and performance.
  • Engage in continuous learning and skill development training sessions, and hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies in electric vehicle systems, mentored and supported by the management and the team members.

Knowledge of software systems such as MATLAB, SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS, NX, etc. is a plus.

Previous experience in automotive-motor-technologies preferred.

Very good knowledge of English language is a must !

Social Media, Communication & PR team member (#250203)

Activities shall be :

  • Suggest, develop and be actively involved in the execution of elvoX’s social media marketing strategy, with aim to increase brand awareness and engagement across various channels / platforms such as Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
  • Be creative and curate engaging content including posts, graphics, videos, and articles to share on social media channels.
  • Recommend structure, design and look of elvoX website, assist in developing it and ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement and come up with suggestions how to make things better
  • Conduct basic research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for the startup in the automotive industry. Advise where we can improve and be better that the competitors in communication and PR
  • Assist and come up with ideas in the planning and execution of PR activities, be actively involved in drafting press releases, media pitches, and building relationships with journalists, influencers and investors
  • Support the elvoX team in planning and execution of events, trade shows, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all communication channels
  • Monitor industry news and trends to identify opportunities for content creation and thought leadership positioning
  • Engage in continuous learning and skill development training sessions, and hands-on experience mentored and supported by the management and the team members.

Business Analyst – Business Plan & Budget Development team member (#250202)

Activities to perform:

  • support the CEO/CFO in preparing business plans, budgets and other strategic documents and reports for internal / external use
  • enhance the existing strategic long-term financial model, budgets, etc.
  • be involved in decision making analysis for operational matters
  • prepare, design, conduct presentations in powerpoint and be involved in presenting to stakeholders
  • prepare, participate & follow up the ExCom / Board meetings
  • conduct market and competitors analysis

Previous substantial experience in financial modelling. Knowledge of BI and related financial AI tools preferable.
Critical and analytical think and act.
